The Silver Sands provides a quiet Key West bungalows style vacation getaway. Our One Bedroom with Courtyard view units are clean, large, newly renovated units with central A/C. These units have a bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom, a living room and separate full kitchens with dining areas featuring new stoves, counters, and cabinets, as well as requirements for enjoying the preparation and enjoyment of a full meal. We provide free internet that covers the entire property both inside and out.

Check-in will be at the property 12315 Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island, FL. Late check-ins will need to contact the office before 4:30 to confirm.

Deposit – 20% Deposit when booking and remaining balance is due within 30 days of reservation. The Deposit is refundable – Fully refundable if the booking is canceled 60 days or more prior to booking, 50% if canceled 30-59 days prior to booking and is forfeited if the booking is canceled with less then 30 days prior to reservation.
Once Final Payment has been made a representative of Silver Sands will contact you to finalize your stay.
